Booking Questions
Is the 15-minute consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation is a real conversation about where you are stuck and how coaching could help, with no payment details collected and no obligation to book anything afterward.
What happens after I send a booking request?
A real person reviews your request during support hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM EST) and emails you to confirm your session time, or to offer the nearest alternative if your preferred window is taken.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with at least 24 hours notice and we will rebook you at no cost. If we ever need to reschedule, you choose a new time or receive the session back.
Do I pay when I book?
No. This website takes no payment. Pricing is discussed and agreed before any paid session, and the free consultation costs nothing.
