Nursing Academic Coach

Coach BSN through MSN students on coursework understanding, study systems, critical thinking, and academic confidence.

We look for
  • MSN, DNP, or equivalent graduate preparation
  • Teaching, precepting, or mentoring experience
  • Patience and clarity in explaining hard concepts

Guide capstone, DNP, and EBP projects: question design, evidence synthesis, methodology, and defense preparation.

We look for
  • Doctoral preparation or completed graduate project
  • Strong EBP and appraisal skills

Careers FAQs

Do I need a graduate nursing degree to apply?
Most coaching roles are best served by an MSN, DNP, or equivalent graduate preparation, plus teaching, precepting, or mentoring experience. If your background is strong in a specific area, such as APA and scholarly writing, apply and tell us; we evaluate the whole profile.
Is coaching work remote?
Yes. All coaching happens remotely over video, email, and messaging, so you can work from anywhere with a reliable connection.
How many hours would I work?
Coaching is flexible: you set your availability and we match students to it. Many coaches work alongside clinical practice, teaching positions, or graduate study.
Do coaches ever write papers for students?
Never. Our entire model is integrity-first education: coaches explain, guide, and give feedback, and students remain the authors of all their work. Applicants who want tutoring-mill or ghostwriting work are not a fit, and we screen carefully for this.
How does the hiring process work?
Apply through the form with your credentials and experience. If there is a potential fit, we schedule an introductory conversation, then a short teaching demonstration, followed by onboarding into our coaching model.
