The Short Version
- We coach, explain, and give feedback. You remain the author of every assignment you submit.
- We will never write your papers, take your exams, or complete coursework for you, and we decline every request to do so.
- We promise honest effort and real teaching. We do not promise grades, because no honest service can.
- Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, and sessions we fail to deliver are refunded.
- Our free templates, checklists, and guides are yours to use for your own studies, not to resell or republish.
Who We Are and Agreement to These Terms
Nursing HelpDesk provides one-to-one academic coaching, feedback, and study resources for nursing students in BSN, RN-to-BSN, MSN, NP, PMHNP, and DNP programs through nursinghelpdesk.com. By browsing this website, downloading our resources, booking a consultation, or working with a coach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services. Our services are intended for adults; you must be at least 18 to book coaching.
What We Provide
We are an educational coaching service. Depending on what you book, that includes:
- One-to-one coaching sessions on nursing coursework, research, evidence-based practice, and graduate projects.
- Feedback and revision guidance on drafts you have written, including APA and scholarly writing coaching.
- Help interpreting faculty feedback and building a revision plan you carry out yourself.
- Structured guidance for capstone, thesis, and DNP project milestones.
- Responsible AI literacy training for academic work.
- Free educational resources such as templates, checklists, study guides, and articles.
Coaching is a teaching relationship. What you produce after a session is your own work, informed by what you learned.
Academic Integrity Policy
This section overrides anything else you may hope these terms allow. We do not and will not:
- Write, rewrite, or edit-to-completion any assignment, paper, discussion post, or application essay for submission.
- Complete quizzes, exams, simulations, or clinical documentation on your behalf, including iHuman and Shadow Health assignments.
- Log in to your student portal, learning management system, or school email for any reason.
- Produce work designed to evade plagiarism detection or AI-detection tools.
- Misrepresent who authored any piece of work.
Requests for any of the above are declined, and repeated requests end the coaching relationship without refund of sessions already delivered. We built this service so nursing students can get real help without risking their standing, their license path, or their integrity. That only works if the line is absolute.
Your Responsibilities
- You remain responsible for your own coursework, submissions, and compliance with your school's academic integrity policies.
- You agree to check your program's rules on outside academic support if you are unsure what is permitted.
- You agree to give us accurate information when booking so we can match you with the right coach.
- You are responsible for having the basic technology needed for remote sessions: a device, an internet connection, and a way to share your documents.
Booking and Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled in advance through our booking and consultation process. If you need to reschedule, tell us as early as you can; with at least 24 hours notice we will rebook you at no cost. If you miss a session without notice, we may count it as delivered, though we try to be humane about genuine emergencies, because nursing school has plenty of them. If your coach ever needs to reschedule, you choose a new time or receive that session back.
Payments and Refunds
- Prices for coaching plans and sessions are shown to you before you commit, and you pay only for what you book.
- If we fail to deliver a session you paid for, you receive a refund or a replacement session, your choice.
- Unused sessions in a plan are refundable on request within a reasonable time of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered, or where the coaching relationship was ended for integrity violations described above.
- We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.
No Grade Guarantees
We promise qualified coaches, honest effort, and teaching that aims to make you more capable. We do not promise grades, passing scores, admissions, or graduation outcomes, and you should be skeptical of any academic service that does. Your results depend on your own work, your program, and factors outside anyone's control. What we can say plainly: our whole model is designed so that the skills you build in coaching stay with you after the session ends.
Free Resources and Content
The templates, checklists, study guides, articles, and other resources on this site are free for your personal academic use: download them, print them, fill them in, and use them throughout your program. You may share links to our pages with classmates. You may not republish, resell, or repost our content or resources as your own, in whole or in part, on any platform. All site content, design, and branding remain the property of Nursing HelpDesk.
Acceptable Use
We work hard to be a respectful, judgment-free service, and we ask the same of you. We may decline or end service, without refund of sessions already delivered, if you: harass or abuse a coach or staff member; repeatedly request work that violates our academic integrity policy; use our website or forms to send spam, malicious content, or someone else's personal information; or attempt to disrupt or misuse the website itself.
Student Stories and Feedback
If you submit a story or testimonial, we publish it only with the written permission you give through the submission form, showing only the display name you choose. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and the story comes down. Feedback you send us privately may inform how we improve, but it is never published without that same explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for how submission data is handled.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are educational support. They are not medical advice, clinical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for your program's instruction, and nothing on this site creates a nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship. We are an independent service: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school, university, testing body, or licensing board, and product or institution names on this site belong to their owners.
The website and its free resources are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and current, but nursing curricula, style manuals, and platforms change, and you are responsible for verifying requirements against your own program's materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes and Contact
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and revise the date at the top; meaningful changes will be stated plainly rather than buried. Continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions about anything on this page are welcome at hello@nursinghelpdesk.com. We would genuinely rather explain a term before you book than surprise you with it after.
