The Short Version
- We provide academic coaching and study resources. Nothing here is medical, clinical, or legal advice.
- We are independent: not affiliated with any school, university, testing platform, or licensing board.
- We promise real teaching and honest effort, never specific grades or outcomes.
- Our free resources are carefully made, but your program's own requirements always win.
Educational Support, Not Medical Advice
Everything on this website, and everything discussed in coaching sessions, is educational support for nursing students. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and it is not legal or financial advice. Study material about clinical topics, such as pharmacology mnemonics or assessment frameworks, is written to help you learn for coursework, not to direct patient care. Nothing on this site or in a session creates a nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship. Decisions about real patients belong with licensed providers following their institution's protocols.
An Independent Service
Nursing HelpDesk is an independent coaching service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school, university, nursing program, testing body, or licensing board. References on this site to platforms and materials such as iHuman, Shadow Health, APA style, or specific course types exist because students ask us for help learning to use them; the names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Guidance we give you never replaces your program's official instructions, rubrics, or policies, and where they differ, your program wins.
Results Vary
We stand behind the quality of our coaching, and we say plainly what we told you in our Terms of Service: we do not guarantee grades, passing scores, admissions, or graduation. Coaching improves skills; what those skills earn depends on your work, your program, and circumstances no service controls. Any academic support company promising you a specific grade is telling you something it cannot honestly promise.
Accuracy of Free Resources
Our templates, checklists, study guides, and articles are written and reviewed with care, and we update them as conventions change. Even so, nursing curricula, APA requirements, and platform interfaces change often, and every program applies its own variations. Treat our resources as strong starting points, and always verify formatting and requirements against your program's current syllabus, rubric, and style materials before you submit anything.
A Note on AI Content
We teach responsible AI literacy, which means we show you what AI tools can and cannot do in academic work and where your program's rules draw the line. Nothing in that teaching is permission to violate your school's AI policy. AI policies differ by school, by course, and sometimes by assignment, and the only version that matters is the one your instructor published. When in doubt, ask your instructor before using any AI tool on graded work.
External Links
We link to outside resources we believe are legitimate and useful, such as official style guides, research databases, and professional organizations. Those sites are not ours: we do not control their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a site says. Our own practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
